As with anything, you get out of it what you put into it.

That being said, all of the experiences within the community are designed to take 75 minutes or less to complete.

• Your Core Group Sessions are 75 minutes every other week
• The weekly challenge is a 5-minute read
• The office hours is an interactive 60-minute session
