Assistwell Coaching

Assistwell coaching comes alongside to help your executive and administrative assistants become exceptional in their roles. It is for all levels of administrative and executive assistants, whether they are new to their position of just want to grow in their careers. It will help motivate and bring expertise to their role, and will help them gain confidence in what they do. With a trained coach, they will be guided through a series of modules, with individualized coaching sessions and action steps to help them grow.


Assistwell has the option of being scaled to a 6 month coaching engagement, or a one year coaching engagement.

The 6 month engagement would consist of 12 one-hour coaching sessions that occur twice monthly. The 12 month engagement would consist of a total of 24 one-hour coaching sessions that occur twice monthly.

The first session of both engagements is 90 minutes and has a required component to have the executive assistants direct report on the call. Many coaching relationships move into a second 6 month cycle and even beyond.
